体验式学习是用以激发个人潜能,提高企业生产力的新型学习方式。这种学习方法的前提是:体验先于学识,同时,学识与意义来自参加者的体验。每个参加者的体验都是独特的,因为这个学习过程运用的是归纳法而不是演绎法,是由参加者自己去发现、归纳体验过程中提供的知识。
Experiential learning is a new type of learning method used to stimulate individual potential and improve enterprise productivity. The premise of this learning method is that experience comes before knowledge, and at the same time, knowledge and meaning come from the experiences of the participants. Each participant's experience is unique because the learning process utilizes induction rather than deduction, and it is up to the participants themselves to discover and summarize the knowledge provided during the experience.
第一步:体验
Step 1: Experience
此乃过程的开端。参加者投入一项活动,并以观察、表达和行动的形式进行。这种初始的体验是整个过程的基础。
This is the beginning of the process. Participants engage in an activity and engage in observation, expression, and action. This initial experience is the foundation of the entire process.
第二步:分享
Step 2: Share
有了体验以后,很重要的就是,参加者要与其它体验过或观察过相同活动的人分享他们的感受或观察结果。

第三步:交流
Step 3: Communication
分享个人的感受只是第一步。循环的关键部分则是把这些分享的东西结合起来。与其它人参加探讨、交流以及反映自己的内在生活模式。
Sharing personal feelings is just the first step. The key part of the loop is to combine these shared things. Participate in discussions, communication, and reflection on one's inner life patterns with others.
第四步:整合
Step 4: Integration
按逻缉的程序,下一步是要从经历中总结出原则并归纳提取出精华。再用某种方式去整合,以帮助参加者进一步定义和认清体验中得出的结果
According to the logic procedure, the next step is to summarize the principles from the experience and extract the essence. Integrate in some way to help participants further define and recognize the results obtained from the experience
